Where do you get the items you're selling?
Think of it as an online yard sale. All of these items are pre-owned by me. I only offer items that are new & unused, or gently used and in excellent condition. I note the item condition in the description box, and feel free to email me at info@stylemejy.com if you want more pictures or have any questions.
Most of the time, I'll have purchased the item, found out it didn't fit, and then missed the window for returns. Or, the item is final sale/ineligible for returns. Some of the items were gifted from professional events.
How do you calculate shipping?
Shipping is calculated by Squarespace (the platform for the website) via integration with USPS to give you the most accurate and fair price at time of checkout. If you require additional shipping methods, please email info@stylemejy.com to coordinate before placing your order.
What types of payment do you accept?
StyleMeJY.com utilizes Squarespace as the website platform. Squarespace partners with Stripe to enable the Commerce function of this site. StyleMeJY.com accepts payments for products via Visa, Mastercard, American Expressand Discover only at this time. This includes debit cards that have a Visa or Mastercard logo.
- Can I pay using Paypal? Almost always, yes. Please email info@stylemejy.com to confirm and we'll coordinate your transaction through Paypal.
- Is Stripe secure? Stripe meets and exceeds the most stringent industry standards for security. Click here to learn more about the technical details of Stripe's secure infrastructure.
Is Stripe PCI-Compliant? Is SSL offered with Commerce? Yes and yes! Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified author and has been certified as a PCI Level 1 Service Provider. Stripe has security information regarding this. Checkout and payment pages are served over SSL in the Commerce site.
Can I return an item?
Sorry guys. Everything is final sale. I'm not able to offer returns under any circumstances at this time. Please make sure to review the item carefully before purchasing, and you're welcome to email me any questions at info@stylemejy.com.
How often do you post new items?
Short answer: weekly for now. I envision the sale portion of this site as an online yard sale. Items might get added seasonally. It's possible I'll take an item off the site and end up donating it to Goodwill if I think there's no interest. If you'd like to get notifications when I do add an item, feel free to sign up for email notifications and I'll send you an email when there's something new.
How often do you post new articles?
Once a week. Sign up for email notifications if you'd like to receive emails from me when I post a new article.
